Vegan Raffaello Inspired Cake
Ingredients
- 400ml canned coconut milk
- 180g sugar
- 60ml oil
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 50g shredded coconut
- 1 packet baking powder
- 250g flour
- Also Needed:
- Raffaello cream from Rewe
- Raffaello
- Shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine canned coconut milk, sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, shredded coconut, baking powder, and flour.
- Mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Into the Oven:
- Pour the batter into a pre-greased baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for around 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cooling Down:
- Allow the cake to cool completely.
- Topping It Off:
- Spread a generous layer of Raffaello cream from Rewe on top of the cooled cake.
- Decorate with Raffaello and sprinkle shredded coconut for that extra flair.
Baking Time:
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) in conventional mode for approximately 50 minutes.
