Vegan Raffaello Inspired Cake


  • 400ml canned coconut milk
  • 180g sugar
  • 60ml oil
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 50g shredded coconut
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250g flour
  • Also Needed:
  • Raffaello cream from Rewe
  • Raffaello
  • Shredded coconut


    Baking Time:
    Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) in conventional mode for approximately 50 minutes.

    Mixing the Goodness:

  1. In a bowl, combine canned coconut milk, sugar, oil, vanilla sugar, shredded coconut, baking powder, and flour.
  2. Mix until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Into the Oven:
  4. Pour the batter into a pre-greased baking pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for around 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cooling Down:
  7. Allow the cake to cool completely.
  8. Topping It Off:
  9. Spread a generous layer of Raffaello cream from Rewe on top of the cooled cake.
  10. Decorate with Raffaello and sprinkle shredded coconut for that extra flair.
