  • For the Cream:
  • 175g Cream Cheese
  • 250g Mascarpone
  • 2 Packets Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Packet Whipping Cream Stabilizer
  • 2 Cups Heavy Cream (400ml)
  • A dash of Coffee Sauce
  • For the Base and Decoration:
  • Mini Cookies
  • Coffee Sauce
  • To Moisturize:
  • Mix 1 tbsp Coffee with 4 tbsp Water


  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese, mascarpone, vanilla sugar, powdered sugar, and whipping cream stabilizer.
  • Whip up the heavy cream separately until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Add a drizzle of coffee sauce for that delightful coffee kick.

2. Assemble the Goodness:

  • In serving glasses or bowls, layer the creamy mixture.

3. Cookie Crunch:

  • Crush some mini cookies and sprinkle them over the creamy layers for a delightful crunch.

4. Coffee Infusion:

  • Drizzle the coffee-water mixture over the cookie layer to moisten it.

5. Chill Out:

  • Pop it in the fridge and let it chill before serving.
