15 minutes Chocolate Nutella Cake
Ingredients
- For the Batter:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar (about 200g)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream (about 400ml)
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (about 250g)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (about 50g)
- 1 packet baking powder
- Additionally:
- Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (338°F).
- In a mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add sugar along with the vanilla sugar. Use an electric mixer or whisk to beat them until the mixture becomes fluffy.
- Pour in the heavy cream and continue mixing.
- Sift in the flour and cocoa powder into the batter. Add the baking powder as well.
- Mix everything thoroughly until you have a smooth batter.
- Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Create a marbled effect by adding dollops of Nutella to the surface of the batter. Swirl it through with a knife or toothpick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving.
