Quick Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 5 apples
- 1 3/4 cups (200 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) milk
- 1/3 cup erythritol (or more if you like it sweeter)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons oil
Instructions
Peel and quarter the apples. Remove the cores and slice them thinly (you can sprinkle them with lemon juice).
Using a mixer, beat the eggs and erythritol together.
Then add the milk, oil, cinnamon, and mix.
In the final step, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix until all ingredients are combined.
Pour the prepared batter over the apples and mix everything. Pour into the pan and level.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes.
Wait for it to cool down (it will be easier to remove the cake from the pan then 😉)
