 Trilece Caramel Cake

Making caramel at home is a breeze!


  • 200g sugar
  • 1 generous tablespoon butter
  • 200ml cream


  1. Place sugar in a pan and melt it over medium heat. Move the pan without stirring. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and mix. Pour in 200ml cream and quickly stir. Now, mix vigorously for 3 minutes on the highest heat. Set aside and let it rest. Our caramel is ready and super delicious.

Sponge Cake:

  • 9 separated eggs
  • 300g sugar
  • 9 tablespoons water
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 250g flour


  1. Separate the eggs. Whisk egg whites with sugar for 5 minutes until fluffy. Add egg yolks and 9 tablespoons of water, gently folding them in. Sift in flour and baking powder, gently folding until combined.
  2. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet (about 30x50cm). Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for approximately 30 minutes. Let it cool completely.

For the Milk Sauce:

  • 200ml cream
  • 1L milk
  • 4 tablespoons sugar

Mix all the ingredients and pour over the cooled cake.

For the Cream:

  • 1 packet whipped cream Prepare according to package instructions. Spread a thin layer over the cake. Mix 2 tablespoons of cream with 2 tablespoons of water, put it in a piping bag, and set aside. Spread the caramel over it and smooth it out. Decorate as shown with the piping bag. Let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
