Express NUTELLA Cake
Ingredients
- 5 Eggs
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Nutella (300g)
- 1/4 cup Milk (70ml)
- 1/4 cup Oil (70ml)
- 3/4 cup Flour (100g)
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- Additionally: Chopped Hazelnuts
Instructions
Baking Time:
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F), and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes with both upper and lower heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
- Add Nutella, milk, and oil, continuing to mix until well combined.
- Sift in the flour and baking powder, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan.
- Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top for extra crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
