Express NUTELLA Cake


  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups Nutella (300g)
  • 1/4 cup Milk (70ml)
  • 1/4 cup Oil (70ml)
  • 3/4 cup Flour (100g)
  • 1 packet Baking Powder
  • Additionally: Chopped Hazelnuts


Baking Time:

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F), and bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes with both upper and lower heat.

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add Nutella, milk, and oil, continuing to mix until well combined.
  3. Sift in the flour and baking powder, stirring until just combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a prepared cake pan.
  5. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top for extra crunch.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs attached.
  7. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
