Super Easy Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar (I added 1/2)
- 1 and 1/2 cups of flour
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 Apples
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, then gradually add the olive oil, and in batches, add the flour with baking powder. Mix just until the ingredients are combined ❗️Pour into a baking dish. Arrange the apple slices tightly on top 🫶 Bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
