Easy 4-Ingredient Rolls

Ingredients

  • 500 g of flour
  • 8 g of dry yeast
  • 300 ml of warm water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt

Instructions

Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the remaining ingredients and knead the dough until it has a uniform consistency. Cover the dough and let it rise.

👉 Grease a baking sheet and place the dough on it. Divide it into about 9-10 pieces and shape each piece into a roll.

👉 Let the rolls rise for 10-15 minutes (they need to rise), then make a cut in the middle of each one.

👉 Preheat the oven to 230-240 degrees Celsius, and pour water onto the bottom of the oven.

Bake for about 15 minutes (until lightly browned).
