Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups (235g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon (5g) baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon (2g) cinnamon
- 2-3 very ripe bananas (about 300g)
- 1/4 cup (60g) plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup (80g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (120g) light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5g) vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs (about 111g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
- In another bowl, mash the bananas with a whisk. Add yogurt, butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and mix well. Add the eggs and incorporate. Now, add the dry ingredients in two parts and mix until well combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before removing from the pan and slicing. Enjoy ♥️
