Ultimate Easy Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • Optional: 2 tablespoons of water
  • 👉 Combine all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency (I used a stand mixer with a dough hook) and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. I DON'T PRE-BAKE the crust!!! But if you're worried it might be undercooked, you can bake it for a few minutes ☺️
  • Cheese filling:
  • 1 kg of ground cottage cheese (I used the one from a bucket)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 cup of sugar (Important❗️if you like sweeter cakes, add more sugar)
  • 100 g of butter
  • 1 packet of pudding powder

Instructions

Crust:

Combine all the ingredients until you get a smooth consistency (I used a stand mixer with a dough hook) and press the mixture into the bottom of the pan. I DON'T PRE-BAKE the crust!!! But if you're worried it might be undercooked, you can bake it for a few minutes

Filling:

Melt the butter and let it cool. Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
👉 Add the melted butter, then gradually add the cottage cheese and pudding powder, mixing until well combined.
👉 Pour the cheese filling gently over the crust.
❌ Place it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees Celsius and bake for about 75 minutes, top-bottom. ❗️❗️❗️Do not open the oven during baking!!! ✔️Once baked, let the cheesecake cool with the oven door slightly ajar. When ready, dust with powdered sugar.
