 Moist Chocolate Pudding Cake

INGREDIENTS:

For the Pudding:

  • 2 cups (500ml) milk
  • 1 cup (200ml) cream
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch (about 80g)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons Nutella
  • 3.5 ounces (100g) dark chocolate
  • 1.5 cups (150g) hazelnuts
  • 1 cup (200g) sour cream or cream cheese

For the Batter:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup (200g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100ml) oil
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup (50ml) water
  • Vanilla extract to taste
  • 3.2 cups (400g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 package baking powder

For soaking: 2 cups (500ml) cold milk For decorating: Pralines

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) with both top and bottom heat for approximately 25 minutes. Enjoy your baking!
