Quick and Delicious Apple Pudding Cake

For the Crust:

  • 2/3 cup (150g) butter
  • 2/3 cup (120g) sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 1/2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Knead all ingredients into a dough, press firmly into the pan, and pull up the edges. Add sliced apples, sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

For the Filling:

  • 3 1/2 cups (800ml) heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 packages vanilla pudding powder (about 3 tablespoons)
  • 1 cup (120g) sugar
  • 1 package (8g) vanilla sugar

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cook into a pudding, and pour into the pan. Sprinkle almond flakes on top.


  • 4 apples
  • Brown sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Almond flakes

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) with both top and bottom heat for about 45 minutes.

Chill for at least 4 hours. Best overnight.
