Almond Pastries

If you have almonds at home, you’ve got to try baking these – they’re even better than the ones from the bakery! Easy and oh-so-delicious!

For the Almond Filling:

  • 7 ounces (200g) Marzipan
  • 3 cups (300g) almond flour
  • 2 1/8 cups (500ml) milk
  • 1 package vanilla pudding powder
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs

Ingredients for the Dough:

  • 4 1/8 cups (500g) flour
  • 1/4 cup (60g) sugar
  • 1 1/8 cups (250ml) milk
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60g) melted butter

For the Crumble Topping:

  • 1 1/8 cups (130g) flour
  • 1 cup (100g) almond flakes
  • 1/2 cup (100g) sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100g) melted butter
  • 1 package vanilla sugar

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) with both top and bottom heat for approximately 30 minutes. Enjoy the homemade goodness! 🌟
