Cappuccino Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 grams of vanilla extract
  • 325 milliliters of kefir
  • 65 milliliters of vegetable oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 50 grams of cocoa powder
  • 350 grams of flour
  • For the Cream:
  • 300 grams of butter
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 grams of vanilla extract
  • Half a packet of instant coffee mix (3 in 1)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until they form a fluffy white mixture.
  2. Add baking soda, kefir, vegetable oil, and beat for about 10 seconds. Then add vanilla extract.
  3. Sift in flour and cocoa powder, gently mix with a mixer until smooth. The batter is ready! ✅
  4. Divide it into 2 equal parts.
  5. Pour into a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes (Check for doneness according to your oven).

For the Cream:

  1. Beat butter with vanilla extract until it turns white.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk and continue beating.
  3. Then add instant coffee mix, beat for another minute, and the cream is ready!
