Cappuccino Cake
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 200 grams of sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 2 grams of vanilla extract
- 325 milliliters of kefir
- 65 milliliters of vegetable oil
- 1.5 teaspoons of baking soda
- 50 grams of cocoa powder
- 350 grams of flour
- For the Cream:
- 300 grams of butter
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 grams of vanilla extract
- Half a packet of instant coffee mix (3 in 1)
Instructions
- Beat eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar until they form a fluffy white mixture.
- Add baking soda, kefir, vegetable oil, and beat for about 10 seconds. Then add vanilla extract.
- Sift in flour and cocoa powder, gently mix with a mixer until smooth. The batter is ready! ✅
- Divide it into 2 equal parts.
- Pour into a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15-20 minutes (Check for doneness according to your oven).
For the Cream:
- Beat butter with vanilla extract until it turns white.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and continue beating.
- Then add instant coffee mix, beat for another minute, and the cream is ready!
