Trilece Dessert
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 1 cup of sugar (about 200g)
- Vanilla sugar
- Vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of flour (about 250g)
- Topping:
- 4 cups of milk (about 1 liter)
- 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream (about 300ml)
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
- Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, and vanilla extract (if using), and beat well.
- Add egg yolks one by one while mixing.
- Finally, add flour and baking powder to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 170°C (about 340°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
- In a separate saucepan, mix milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk for the topping.
- Spread the topping over the baked cake.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy your Trilece!
