Trilece Dessert

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of sugar (about 200g)
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 cups of flour (about 250g)
  • Topping:
  • 4 cups of milk (about 1 liter)
  • 1 1/4 cups of heavy cream (about 300ml)
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, and vanilla extract (if using), and beat well.
  3. Add egg yolks one by one while mixing.
  4. Finally, add flour and baking powder to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 170°C (about 340°F) for approximately 20 minutes.
  6. In a separate saucepan, mix milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk for the topping.
  7. Spread the topping over the baked cake.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy your Trilece!
