Quick Lotus Pralines

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200g) Lotus Biscuits
  • 2.1 oz (60g) Cream Cheese
  • 2.8 oz (80g) Lotus Biscoff Spread
  • Additionally:
  • 5.3 oz (150g) White Chocolate

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
  2. Shape small balls and refrigerate.
  3. Dip them in white chocolate and place them on parchment paper.
  4. Gently heat Lotus Biscoff Spread in the microwave and use it to decorate the balls.
