Ingredients

  • For the Cream:
  • 1 1/2 cups Cold Heavy Cream (400ml)
  • 2 packets Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 packets Whipping Cream Stabilizer (Sahnesteif)
  • 2/3 cup Powdered Sugar (80g)
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese (250g)
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese (200g)
  • Additional Ingredients:
  • Kellogg's Cereal
  • Melted Chocolate
  • Kinder Country Chocolate Bars

Instructions

for the Cream:

  1. In a bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Add vanilla sugar, whipping cream stabilizer, and powdered sugar, continue whipping.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.

  1. Layer the bottom of your serving glasses or bowls with Kellogg's cereal.
  2. Spoon a generous layer of the creamy mixture on top.
  3. Drizzle melted chocolate over the cream layer.
  4. Repeat the layers until your glass is filled.
  5. Finish with a piece of Kinder Country chocolate on top.
