Quick, Fluffy Cocoa Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup (200g) butter
  • 7 tablespoons sugar (if you like it sweeter, add more ♥️)
  • 2 cups potato starch
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

    📝 Beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy.
    👉 Melt the butter and let it cool.
    👉 To the beaten eggs, add oil, then gradually add flour with baking powder and cooled melted butter. Mix until well combined. 🥳
    👉 Divide the batter into 2/3 and 1/3. Add cocoa powder to the smaller portion and mix.
    👉 Pour the light batter into the pan, then pour the dark batter on top.
    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for about 45 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean ♥️).
