Ingredients

  • ▫️ About 9.5 ounces cocoa and 9.5 ounces butter cookies
  • ▫️ 2 cups heavy cream (36% fat)
  • ▫️ 7 ounces Kinder chocolate bars
  • ▫️ 17.5 ounces mascarpone cheese
  • TOPPING:
  • ▫️ 7 ounces Kinder chocolate bars with 1/2 cup heavy cream (30/36%)
  • ▫️ 1.75 ounces white chocolate with 1 tablespoon heavy cream
  • In the pan, layer:
  • ▫️ Cocoa cookies
  • ▫️ 1/3 of the cream mixture
  • ▫️ Butter cookies
  • ▫️ Another 1/3 of the cream mixture
  • ▫️ Cocoa cookies
  • ▫️ The remaining 1/3 of the cream mixture
  • ▫️ Butter cookies

Instructions

Heat 2 cups of heavy cream until hot, add broken Kinder chocolate bars, and stir until melted. Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Once chilled, add mascarpone to the mixture and beat until stiff peaks form. Divide into 3 equal parts.

For the topping:
Heat the heavy cream, add Kinder chocolate bars, and stir until smooth. Pour over the cake. Melt the white chocolate with a tablespoon of heavy cream and use it to create decorative patterns.

Refrigerate the cake overnight for best results. Enjoy!
