Cream-Filled Puff Pastry Delights

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • ▫️ 300 ml heavy cream (36% fat)
  • ▫️ 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • ▫️ 20 g powdered sugar
  • ▫️ 200 g fruit jam (strawberry/cherry/blackcurrant)
  • ▫️ 1 egg for brushing
  • ▫️ powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

Divide the pastry into 12 rectangles, place them on a baking sheet, and brush with beaten egg. Bake for about 15 minutes at 200°C (392°F) top-bottom heat.

Whip the heavy cream, mascarpone, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag.

Cut the baked pastries in half lengthwise, spread jam on one half, pipe the cream, and cover with the other half. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
