Marble Sheet Cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 250g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 150ml milk
- 150ml oil
- 150ml carbonated water
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 500g flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 5 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and grease a baking sheet.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
- Gradually add milk, oil, and carbonated water, mixing well.
- Sift in the baking powder and flour, stirring until smooth.
- Divide the batter into two equal parts.
- Mix cocoa powder with milk to form a paste.
- Pour one half of the batter into the prepared baking sheet.
- Mix the cocoa paste into the remaining batter and pour it over the plain batter.
- Use a knife to create a marble effect by swirling the two batters together.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before slicing and serving. Enjoy your marble sheet cake!
