Healthy Oat Bars with Bananas and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 📍2 bananas
  • 📍1.5 tablespoons honey
  • 📍a handful of raisins
  • 📍8 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 📍2 tablespoons puffed quinoa
  • 📍a handful of walnuts
  • 📍a tablespoon of orange zest

Instructions

    In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth using a fork. Add honey and mix until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into it. Press down firmly to compact the mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes. Let it cool, then cut into bars. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle with freeze-dried fruits. Enjoy!
