Layered Yogurt Delight with Jelly and Biscuits

Layered Yogurt Delight with Jelly and Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 200 g biscuits
  • 📍2 red jelly packets
  • 📍2 yellow jelly packets
  • 📍800 g Greek yogurt

Instructions

    Dissolve the red jelly packets in 2 cups of hot water. Dissolve the yellow jelly packets in 2 cups of hot water.
    Arrange the biscuits side by side in a pan lined with parchment paper.
    Mix each jelly with half of the Greek yogurt (400g) and let them cool.
    Pour the slightly set red jelly mixture over the biscuits.
    Chill in the fridge for a while.
    Pour the slightly set lemon jelly mixture over the slightly set red one.
    Chill again for a while. Arrange the biscuits side by side on the yellow jelly layer and chill (preferably overnight)!
