Layered Yogurt Delight
Ingredients
- 7 oz (200 g) graham crackers
- 2 packs of red gelatin
- 2 packs of yellow gelatin
- 28 oz (800 g) Greek or plain yogurt
- Several raspberries
Instructions
- Dissolve the red gelatin in 2 cups of hot water. Do the same with the yellow gelatin. Let them cool.
- Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the graham crackers next to each other.
- Mix each gelatin with half of the Greek yogurt (about 14 oz or 400 g) and let it cool until slightly thickened.
- Pour the slightly thickened yellow gelatin mixture over the graham crackers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a while.
- Once the yellow layer has set slightly, pour the slightly thickened red gelatin mixture over it.
- Chill again for a while. For best results, chill overnight!
- Before serving, you can dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy your no-bake delight!
