Layered Yogurt Delight

Ingredients

  • 7 oz (200 g) graham crackers
  • 2 packs of red gelatin
  • 2 packs of yellow gelatin
  • 28 oz (800 g) Greek or plain yogurt
  • Several raspberries

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the red gelatin in 2 cups of hot water. Do the same with the yellow gelatin. Let them cool.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the graham crackers next to each other.
  3. Mix each gelatin with half of the Greek yogurt (about 14 oz or 400 g) and let it cool until slightly thickened.
  4. Pour the slightly thickened yellow gelatin mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for a while.
  6. Once the yellow layer has set slightly, pour the slightly thickened red gelatin mixture over it.
  7. Chill again for a while. For best results, chill overnight!
  8. Before serving, you can dust with powdered sugar. Enjoy your no-bake delight!
