Coffee Popsicles filled with Dulce de Leche
Ingredients
- 1 cup (240g) heavy cream (>35% milk fat)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche
- Popsicle mold & wooden sticks
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about halfway.
- Place a small dollop of dulce de leche into each mold, then top off with the remaining coffee mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
- Insert wooden sticks into each mold.
- Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
- Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
- Serve and enjoy these creamy, coffee-flavored treats with a delightful surprise of dulce de leche in the center!
