Coffee Popsicles filled with Dulce de Leche

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240g) heavy cream (>35% milk fat)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee
  • 1/2 cup dulce de leche
  • Popsicle mold & wooden sticks

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about halfway.
  3. Place a small dollop of dulce de leche into each mold, then top off with the remaining coffee mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert wooden sticks into each mold.
  5. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  6. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
  7. Serve and enjoy these creamy, coffee-flavored treats with a delightful surprise of dulce de leche in the center!
