Crispy Cheese and Flour Bread

Ingredients

  • 250 g of semi-skimmed cottage cheese
  • ▪️750 g of all-purpose flour
  • ▪️8 g of dry yeast
  • ▪️2 cups of warm water (but not hot)
  • ▪️1 tablespoon of oil
  • ▪️1 teaspoon of sugar
  • ▪️1 tablespoon of salt

Instructions

    ➡️Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix, and knead for a while. The dough will be sticky. ➡️Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rise.
    👉Once risen, take out the dough, knead it lightly, fold, and shape it into a loaf.
    👉Let it rise again.
    👉Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius by placing an ovenproof dish inside.
    ➡️Once heated, place the loaf in the dish, cover it with a lid, and bake for 30 minutes.
    ➡️After 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake for another 30 minutes.
