Ingredients

  • 500g cottage cheese
  • 270g rolled oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 90g seeds (I used sunflower and flaxseed)
  • 15g baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Crumble the cottage cheese, add the remaining ingredients, mix well, and knead into a smooth dough.
  2. Shape the dough into a loaf.
  3. Bake for 50 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
