Chocolate Cream Cheese Cake


  • For the Batter:
  • 4 large eggs
  • 250g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 200ml oil
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 350g all-purpose flour
  • 200ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • For the Cream:
  • 350g cream cheese
  • 100g sugar
  • 50ml milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
  • 60g shredded coconut
  • 2 eggs
  • Additionally:
  • Chocolate chips


Baking Time:Bake at 180°C (356°F) in a preheated oven using the upper and lower heat setting for approximately 40 minutes.

Baking Pan Size:Approximately 25x40cm

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy.
  2. Add oil, baking powder, flour, milk, and cocoa powder to the mixture. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, prepare the cream mixture by combining cream cheese, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar, vanilla pudding powder, shredded coconut, and eggs. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the cream mixture over the batter in the baking pan.
  6. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top for an extra chocolatey touch.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow it to cool before slicing and indulging in this delightful chocolate experience.
