Creamy Toffifee Dessert
Ingredients
- 200g cream cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 60ml milk
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 120ml milk
- 250g mascarpone
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- Drizzle of caramel sauce
- 100g chopped hazelnuts
- 1 pack whipped cream stabilizer
- 150g whipped cream powder (Kremsanti)
- 100g chocolate shards
- Additionally, for Decorating:
- Toffifee
- Hazelnuts
- Extra caramel sauce
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and milk. Whip until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar, milk, mascarpone, and vanilla sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Drizzle caramel sauce into the mixture, and toss in chopped hazelnuts. Stir until evenly distributed.
- In a separate bowl, prepare whipped cream using the whipped cream stabilizer and whipped cream powder.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add chocolate shards and mix until everything is nicely incorporated.
- Pour the delightful concoction into serving glasses or bowls.
- Decorate the top with Toffifee, additional hazelnuts, and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce.
- Chill for a bit, and voila! You've got a creamy Toffifee Dessert ready to impress during the holidays.
