Creamy Toffifee Dessert

Ingredients

  • 200g cream cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 60ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 120ml milk
  • 250g mascarpone
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • Drizzle of caramel sauce
  • 100g chopped hazelnuts
  • 1 pack whipped cream stabilizer
  • 150g whipped cream powder (Kremsanti)
  • 100g chocolate shards
  • Additionally, for Decorating:
  • Toffifee
  • Hazelnuts
  • Extra caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, heavy cream, and milk. Whip until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, milk, mascarpone, and vanilla sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Drizzle caramel sauce into the mixture, and toss in chopped hazelnuts. Stir until evenly distributed.
  4. In a separate bowl, prepare whipped cream using the whipped cream stabilizer and whipped cream powder.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Add chocolate shards and mix until everything is nicely incorporated.
  6. Pour the delightful concoction into serving glasses or bowls.
  7. Decorate the top with Toffifee, additional hazelnuts, and a generous drizzle of caramel sauce.
  8. Chill for a bit, and voila! You've got a creamy Toffifee Dessert ready to impress during the holidays.
