Cheesecake cup with Eggnog Rum
Ingredients
- 100 grams (about 1 cup) crushed Maria cookies
- 50 grams (about 4 tablespoons) melted butter
- 1 1/2 blocks of cream cheese
- 2/3 cup eggnog rum
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the crushed Maria cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
- Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of serving cups or glasses to form the crust layer. Set aside.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add the eggnog rum, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the cream cheese, mixing until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust layer in the serving cups.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake cups for at least 2 hours, or until set.
- Before serving, you can garnish the cheesecake cups with additional sprinkles of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
