Cheesecake cup with Eggnog Rum

Ingredients

  • 100 grams (about 1 cup) crushed Maria cookies
  • 50 grams (about 4 tablespoons) melted butter
  • 1 1/2 blocks of cream cheese
  • 2/3 cup eggnog rum
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed Maria cookies with the melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of serving cups or glasses to form the crust layer. Set aside.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the eggnog rum, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg to the cream cheese, mixing until everything is well incorporated and smooth.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust layer in the serving cups.
  6. Refrigerate the cheesecake cups for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Before serving, you can garnish the cheesecake cups with additional sprinkles of cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
