Ingredients

  • 400g Greek yogurt
  • 4 Eggs
  • 200g Banana

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C (350F) or 30-35 minutes at 170C (340F) in an air fryer. You can also microwave for 10 minutes at maximum temperature.
  3. Decoration: You can add nut butter, chopped nuts, melted chocolate, jam, fruit, etc.
