Dulce de Leche Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 can of LA LECHERA Dulce de Leche
  • 1/3 cup of heavy cream (85g) (for whipping the dulce de leche)
  • 2 cups of heavy cream (500g) (as a base for the ice cream)
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (15g)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Dulce de Leche from LA LECHERA with 1/3 cup of heavy cream. Whip them together until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and add the vanilla extract. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  3. Gently fold the whipped Dulce de Leche mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
  4. Transfer the combined mixture into a freezer-safe container, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
  6. Once the ice cream is frozen solid, scoop it into bowls or cones and enjoy the rich and indulgent flavor of Dulce de Leche Ice Cream!
  7. For an extra treat, you can drizzle additional Dulce de Leche on top before serving. Yum! 🍨
