Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 can of LA LECHERA Dulce de Leche
- 1/3 cup of heavy cream (85g) (for whipping the dulce de leche)
- 2 cups of heavy cream (500g) (as a base for the ice cream)
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract (15g)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Dulce de Leche from LA LECHERA with 1/3 cup of heavy cream. Whip them together until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate mixing bowl, pour in 2 cups of heavy cream and add the vanilla extract. Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped Dulce de Leche mixture into the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Transfer the combined mixture into a freezer-safe container, spreading it out evenly.
- Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the ice cream is firm.
- Once the ice cream is frozen solid, scoop it into bowls or cones and enjoy the rich and indulgent flavor of Dulce de Leche Ice Cream!
- For an extra treat, you can drizzle additional Dulce de Leche on top before serving. Yum! 🍨
