Banana Popsicles with Dulce de Leche

Banana Popsicles with Dulce de Leche

Ingredients

  • 3 small bananas
  • 1/3 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 can of heavy cream
  • Filling:
  • 3/4 cup of dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into small pieces.
  2. In a blender, combine the sliced bananas, condensed milk, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each popsicle mold halfway with the banana mixture.
  4. Spoon a dollop of dulce de leche into each mold on top of the banana mixture.
  5. Fill the molds with the remaining banana mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  6. Insert a popsicle stick into each mold.
  7. Freeze the popsicles for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely firm.
  8. Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running them under warm water for a few seconds.
  9. Optionally, drizzle extra dulce de leche over the popsicles using a piping bag.
  10. Serve and enjoy these delicious Banana Popsicles with Dulce de Leche on a hot day!
