Oat Cups with Yogurt and Jam

Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 1 cup of rolled oats (105g.)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract (10g.)
  • 2 teaspoons of honey (14g.)
  • 3 tablespoons of coconut oil (45g.)
  • Filling:
  • Greek yogurt
  • Fruit jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, vanilla extract, honey, and coconut oil. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Divide the oat mixture evenly among the muffin tin cups, pressing the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
  4. Bake the oat crusts in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden and firm.
  5. Remove the oat crusts from the oven and let them cool completely in the muffin tin.
  6. Once cooled, carefully remove the oat cups from the muffin tin and fill each cup with Greek yogurt.
  7. Top each yogurt-filled cup with a dollop of fruit jam of your choice.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy these delightful Oat Cups with Yogurt and Jam as a tasty snack or breakfast option!
