Velvety Cocoa Cheesecake with Caramel Drizzl

Velvety Cocoa Cheesecake with Caramel Drizzl

Ingredients

  • for the base (for my 26*18 cm pan):
  • 🍮1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 🍮0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 🍮2 teaspoons cocoa powder
  • 🍮1/3 cup sugar
  • 🍮100 g butter
  • 🍮1 egg
  • 👉Optional: 2 tablespoons water
  • ➡️ Combine all ingredients to get a uniform consistency (I used a stand mixer with a hook attachment) and line the bottom of the pan.
  • Cheese Filling:
  • ✅1 kg ground cottage cheese (I used cottage cheese from a bucket)
  • ✅4 eggs
  • ✅1/3 cup sugar (if you like sweeter cakes, add more sugar)
  • ✅100 g butter
  • ✅1 packet of pudding powder

Instructions

Preparing the cheese filling:

👉Melt the butter and let it cool. Beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. ➡️Add the melted butter gradually, then add the cottage cheese and pudding powder, mixing until well combined.
➡️ Pour the cheese filling gently over the base.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius for about 75-80 minutes.
Drizzle with caramel and white chocolate for the topping.
