Chocolate Popsicles
Ingredients
- (113g.) 4 ounces of dark chocolate (60%-70%)
- (250g.) 1 cup heavy cream (35-38% fat)
- (180g.) 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 5 drops almond extract or 1 tsp vanilla extract
- (11g.) 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- Sliced almonds and coarse salt (optional for decoration)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in 30-second intervals in the microwave. Let it cool slightly.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Add the sweetened condensed milk, almond extract, cocoa powder, and melted chocolate. Gently fold everything together until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into popsicle molds, decorate with sliced almonds, and freeze for 8 hours.
- Unmold and enjoy!
