Ingredients

  • For the cream:
  • (300g.) Soursop pulp
  • (15g.) 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • (110g.) 1/2 block cream cheese
  • (315g.) 1 can Evaporated Milk
  • (395g.) 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • (65g.) 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • For assembly:
  • 30 Marie Biscuits
  • For decoration (optional):
  • Whipped cream & lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Blend all the cream ingredients for 1 minute.
  2. In a mold, layer Maria Biscuits followed by a layer of cream, repeating until the final layer is cream. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  3. Before serving, top with whipped cream, lemon zest, and crumbled Maria Biscuits.
  4. Enjoy right away. It stays fresh for up to 7 days when refrigerated tightly sealed.
