Strawberry desserts

Today, we’ve got a delightful treat for you – strawberry desserts that taste just like spaghetti ice cream and come together in a snap! 😋🤌🏼

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 400ml cold heavy cream
• 100g cream cheese
• 100g mascarpone
• 2 packets of vanilla sugar
• 80g powdered sugar

Simply combine all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl and beat for about 5 minutes until it becomes wonderfully creamy.

For the strawberry layer:

• 200g strawberries
• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Puree the strawberries and sweeten with powdered sugar.

Additionally, you’ll need:

• Finely chopped wafers
• Strawberries
