Ingredients

  • For the batter:
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar (about 200g)
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups heavy cream (about 400ml)
  • 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (about 350g)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • For the crumb topping:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (about 100g)
  • 2/3 cup sugar (about 120g)
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (about 300g)
  • {Mix into a crumbly texture.}
  • For the glaze:
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (about 150g)
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • Additionally, you'll need raspberries.

Instructions

Batter:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly.
  3. Pour the batter into an approximately 35x25cm pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) in both upper and lower heat for approximately 40 minutes.
