15 Minutes Quick Crumb Cake
Ingredients
- For the batter:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar (about 200g)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 3/4 cups heavy cream (about 400ml)
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour (about 350g)
- 1 packet baking powder
- For the crumb topping:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (about 100g)
- 2/3 cup sugar (about 120g)
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (about 300g)

- For the glaze:
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar (about 150g)
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Additionally, you'll need raspberries.
Instructions
Batter:
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly.
- Pour the batter into an approximately 35x25cm pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) in both upper and lower heat for approximately 40 minutes.
