Strawberry Cream Delight

Today, we’re making some delicious strawberry desserts that taste just like spaghetti ice and are quick to whip up. 😋🤌🏼

Here’s what you’ll need:

• 1 1/2 cups (400ml) cold heavy cream
• 3.5 ounces (100g) cream cheese
• 5.3 ounces (150g) mascarpone cheese
• 2 packets of vanilla sugar
• 2/3 cup (80g) powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons of stabilized whipped cream (Sahnesteif)

Combine all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl and beat for about 5 minutes until it’s nice and creamy.

For the strawberry layer:

• 7 ounces (200g) strawberries
• 3 tablespoons of powdered sugar

Blend the strawberries into a puree and sweeten with powdered sugar.

Additionally:

• Finely chopped waffles
• Strawberries

Distribute the waffles into glasses, followed by strawberries, and then the delicious cream on top. Add the strawberry layer and your tasty strawberry dessert is ready to enjoy. Have fun trying it out. Follow us for more delicious recipes. 😋🤍
