For the cake:
- 4 Eggs
- 200g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 200ml Milk
- 80ml Oil
- 200g Flour
- 1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- 100g Coconut Flakes
Instructions:
- Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into the pan. (Approximately 20x35cm).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 35-40 minutes. Let it cool completely.
For the cream:
- 400ml Milk
- 200g Coconut Milk
- 150g Sugar
- 2 packets Vanilla Pudding Powder
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 300g Mascarpone
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside and add mascarpone. Mix well and spread the cream over the cake. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. (Preferably overnight).
- Decorate with Raffaello chocolates and enjoy!
