Raffaello Slice

For the cake:

  • 4 Eggs
  • 200g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 200ml Milk
  • 80ml Oil
  • 200g Flour
  • 1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
  • 1 packet Baking Powder
  • 100g Coconut Flakes

Instructions:

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into the pan. (Approximately 20x35cm).
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for about 35-40 minutes. Let it cool completely.

For the cream:

  • 400ml Milk
  • 200g Coconut Milk
  • 150g Sugar
  • 2 packets Vanilla Pudding Powder
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 300g Mascarpone

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Set aside and add mascarpone. Mix well and spread the cream over the cake. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. (Preferably overnight).
  2. Decorate with Raffaello chocolates and enjoy!
