Mini Bueno Cheesecake



For the crust:

  • 200g Cocoa Butter Cookies
  • 50ml Melted Butter (Mix everything together until fine)

For the filling:

  • 500g Quark (20% Fat)
  • 300g Cream Cheese
  • 200ml Heavy Cream
  • 200g Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 3 Eggs


  1. Mix together quark, cream cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add the remaining ingredients and mix briefly.
  2. Distribute the butter cookie mixture into the mini molds and press firmly. Add the cheesecake mixture. I also sprinkled some cookies on top.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 25 minutes. You can also bake it in a 26cm (10 inch) springform pan.
  4. Let the mini cheesecakes cool completely, then decorate them with hazelnut milk cream and Bueno.

Bake time: Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for 25 minutes. Enjoy your delicious Mini Bueno Cheesecake!
