Quick Vanilla Strawberry Delight

Ingredients for the Cream:

  • 1 1/2 cups (360ml) heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cups (300g) mascarpone
  • 1 packet vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (100g) powdered sugar
  • 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer

Additional:

  • 1 packet ladyfingers
  • Milk for soaking
  • Strawberries
  • Finely crushed dried strawberries

Whip up this speedy treat for a delightful blend of vanilla and strawberries!

Cream Preparation:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
  2. Add mascarpone, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and whipped cream stabilizer. Gently fold until well combined.

Assembly:

  1. Dip ladyfingers into milk and arrange them in a layer at the base of your serving dish.
  2. Spread a layer of the prepared cream over the ladyfingers.
  3. Add a layer of fresh strawberries and sprinkle crushed dried strawberries.
  4. Repeat the layers until your dish is filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
