- 1 packet vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (100g) powdered sugar
- 1 packet whipped cream stabilizer
Additional:
- 1 packet ladyfingers
- Milk for soaking
- Strawberries
- Finely crushed dried strawberries
Whip up this speedy treat for a delightful blend of vanilla and strawberries!
Cream Preparation:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks.
- Add mascarpone, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and whipped cream stabilizer. Gently fold until well combined.
Assembly:
- Dip ladyfingers into milk and arrange them in a layer at the base of your serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the prepared cream over the ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of fresh strawberries and sprinkle crushed dried strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until your dish is filled, finishing with a layer of cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
