  • 1 cup (250ml) lukewarm milk
  • 1/2 yeast cube
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup (100ml) oil
  • Approximately 4 cups (500g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Don’t forget the special touch:

  • Kashar cheese
  • (Egg yolk for brushing)

Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for around 20 minutes until it gets that beautiful golden brown hue. Once out of the oven, place a damp cloth over it, and voilà, it becomes wonderfully soft. It’s absolutely delicious—make sure to give it a try!
