Ingredients

  • 2 packs of Lotus biscuits
  • Small sponge fingers
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 200ml heavy cream (30% fat)
  • Sugar-free blackcurrant jam
  • 2 tablespoons of dulce de leche (sugar-free)

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and mascarpone cheese with 2 tablespoons of sugar until fluffy. Divide into two parts.
  2. Add dulce de leche to one part and mix well.
  3. Assemble the cake layers as shown in the video
