Quick Cheesecake Without Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 700g natural yogurt
  • ◾️ Half a stick of butter - melted and cooled
  • ◾️ 5 eggs
  • ◾️ 1 pudding mix
  • ◾️ 1/3 cup sugar or erythritol
  • ◾️ canned or fresh mandarins

Instructions

  1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to 160-170 degrees Celsius (320-338 degrees Fahrenheit). Prepare a baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it lightly.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine 700g of natural yogurt, melted and cooled half a stick of butter, 5 eggs, 1 packet of pudding mix, and 1/3 cup of sugar or erythritol. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Add Mandarins: Optionally, you can add mandarins from a can or fresh mandarins into the mixture for added flavor.
  4. Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 100 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and lightly golden brown on top.
  5. Avoid Opening the Oven: After baking, resist the temptation to open the oven door for at least 40 minutes. This helps prevent the cheesecake from collapsing.
  6. Cover: About 10 minutes before the end of the baking time, cover the cheesecake with parchment paper or foil to prevent it from browning too much.
  7. Cool and Chill: Once baked, remove the cheesecake from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature. Then, transfer it to the refrigerator and chill for several hours or overnight before serving.
  8. Serve: Once chilled, slice the cheesecake into portions and serve.
