Express Yeast-Yogurt Cake Without a Mixer

Express Yeast-Yogurt Cake Without a Mixer

Ingredients

  • ✅3 eggs (at room temperature)
  • ✅1/2 cup oil
  • ✅1/2 cup plain yogurt (at room temperature)
  • ✅1.5 cups flour
  • ✅just under 1/2 cup sugar or other sweetener (I used less)
  • ✅8g instant yeast
  • ✅currants or other fruits (about 120g) for the batter and on top

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, pour in the oil, add yogurt, then add eggs and dry yeast. 👉 Mix all the ingredients well (to avoid lumps). Add a little more than half of the provided fruits. Gently mix! 👉 Line the pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with the remaining fruits. Bake at 190 degrees for about 50 minutes (but ‼️until a toothpick comes out clean‼️) Good luck ♥️ Enjoy 🥰 Ps. The cake rises, but if you mix it wrong, it won't rise - so pay attention to that 😊
