Ingredients

  • 2 Apples
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100g Almond Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (if you want it to be fluffier)

Instructions

  1. Grate the apple and mix it with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F) or for 20-25 minutes at 170°C (338°F) in an air fryer. You can also microwave it for 10 minutes at maximum temperature.

*Use a 15x15 cm (6x6 inch) baking dish.
