  • 1 cup (250g) soft butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup (100g) ground hazelnuts
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 3/4 cups (350g) all-purpose flour


    Baking Time:
    Approximately 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) on both upper and lower heat.

    Mixing the Goodness:
    In a bowl, mix together 1 cup of soft butter and 1/4 cup of oil until it forms a creamy consistency.

  1. Add Eggs and Sweeten It Up:
    Add 2 eggs into the mix, then introduce 1 cup of powdered sugar. Give it a good blend.
  2. Nutty Goodness:
    Incorporate 1 cup of ground hazelnuts, followed by 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Don't forget a packet of vanilla sugar for that extra flavor kick.
