Super Quick Cookies
Ingredients
- For the Dough:
- 1 cup (200g) softened butter
- 2/3 cup (150ml) oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup (80g) cornstarch
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 1/2 cups (550g) all-purpose flour
- Additionally:
- Sugar
- Cinnamon
- Vanilla sugar
- Baking Time:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) using the upper and lower heat function for approximately 10 minutes.
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together softened butter, oil, egg, powdered sugar, cornstarch, baking powder, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, stirring continuously until a smooth dough forms.
Baking:
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
- Roll each dough ball in the sugar mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
- Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet.
Baking:Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
