Ingredients

  • For the Dough:
  • 1 cup (200g) softened butter
  • 2/3 cup (150ml) oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup (80g) cornstarch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 1/2 cups (550g) all-purpose flour
  • Additionally:
  • Sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Baking Time:
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) using the upper and lower heat function for approximately 10 minutes.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together softened butter, oil, egg, powdered sugar, cornstarch, baking powder, and vanilla sugar until well combined.
  2. Gradually add the flour, stirring continuously until a smooth dough forms.

Baking:

  1. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla sugar.
  3. Roll each dough ball in the sugar mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet.

Baking:Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the edges are lightly golden.
